MYOTHERAPY
Myotherapy is the assessment, treatment and management of soft tissue structures (muscle, fascia, tendons and ligaments). Treatment is directed at decreasing any muscular aches and pains, this can be achieved through deep tissue manipulation/massage, trigger point release, dry needling, stretching, cupping, postural advice and corrective exercises.
PREGNANCY MASSAGE
Pregnancy massage reduces muscular cramps and aches. The use of a specialised pregnancy cushion allowing the mother-to-be to comfortably lie on her belly enables effective treatment of muscular aches, pains or tension while taking all the pressure off lower back and hips.
Postnatal massage helps realign the body and decrease tension once your baby arrives.

Melissa Bell
I'm a dedicated, passionate therapist who enjoys communicating with and helping those from all walks of life, from junior sporting stars through to lovely young at heart elderly patients and I delight in helping everyone achieve their goals.
As a junior athlete I was lucky to have a family member massage me which enabled me to compete at my best at National level as a runner, soccer player and at lifesaving winning many individual and team events for Victoria. Whilst enjoying the many benefits of regular massage treatments this gave me the dream to be able to help others also.
Graduating as a Myotherapist / Advanced Remedial Massage Therapist in 2011 I have had the great pleasure of working with a full list of patients, working full time for Peninsula Sports Medicine Group at Rosebud Physiotherapy Clinic, building and honing my skills for the past 12 years.
Born and raised on the Mornington Peninsula and after becoming a parent in 2018 I made the decision to work from my well equipped clinic in Martha Cove, Safety Beach.
Qualifications: Myotherapist / Advanced Remedial Massage Therapist.
